I had my first visit with Dr Olsen's and his Staff in June 2021. I had been a long time hearing aid user, however, my last set had broken and I did not want to deal with replacing them.
In May 2021 I had decided to replace them and wanted the Lyric. After following and watching Dr Olsen for a couple of years I decided that's where I would go, even though I live in CA.
Going to see Dr Olsen was one of the best decisions of my Life. They tested my hearing in ways I had never experienced. All of it revealing and disappointing at some of my results.
Dr Olsen fit me for Lyric's during this first visit and testing. The amount of Care and Support was amazing.
For me, Dr Olsen's fitting of the Lyric was a Life Changing Event. No more struggling to hear people and especially my Family. I would give 100 Stars if I could. See Dr Olsen and his Office, You will Never Regret It!!!

Over the years, my husband turned into a low talker. The TV shows - dialogue muddy and hard to follow the plot... Why is my husband and the entire TV industry messing with me??? Husband says I need a hearing aid. Me??? Maybe... So I researched hearing aids on YouTube and there he was! Dr. Cliff! Smart, talented (brilliant) and on top of all the newest hearing technology. He fitted me with the best hearing aids at our very first appointment. And over the course of one full year, he tweaked them to perfection. I hear everything now.
