Phone came in perfect condition. Took a long time to update to the newest IOS but that could have been a fault on my part.
I ordered it over the Christmas / new year period so it did take a week to come but overall the service was good.
I emailed to ask why it was taking so long to arrive and they politely emailed me back to let me know they were out of the office during this period.
