"Stay away from this Jason Carl Morgan!!"

I sent this guy a box of clothes, some designer nearly a year ago, as he was selling bulk items on eBay and I was trying to make a little extra cash after my husband left. I was arguing via email over payment. I have now 11 months later received £2.14p! eBay now involved and advised me to get the police involved. I'm gobsmacked at how unprofessional this man Is.He is desperate to take this down and I wish I could tell everything. It was worse than I've written. Isn't Trust Pilot a place where you tell the truth about your experience???

Customer service is definitely at the top of their list when it comes to dealing with people on a personal level. They have enabled me to make some good money out of selling my unwanted clothes and accessories. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I will be using again very soon.

I had a pile of items I wanted to sell on EBay but never got around to it, I kept putting it off as it’s a dull task to type a good description, find best postage options & queue at post office multiple times. I found Jason Carl Morgan site and loved how easy it was to have items collected and have them sell them for me.

I purchased Etscsv.com subscription to help upload my products online. Seemed like a really great although basic service. However when i found it was not uploading all the correct things and was missing loads out i tried to make contact. I was not able to locate any telephone contact details and there was only a support email. The problem with this is they take 3-5 days to reply.
Therefore if you have any questions or problems you can send an email, 5 days later you get a reply, so if your having to reply to this it can go round and round in circles for weeks.
eventually i gave up and stopped using the service and applied for a refund.
After reading other reviews about a similar poor service i just wish i read those before.
If the company invested some time to get the software working and be able to help customers who are paying a subscription then it could be a good product. but for now my review stand.
