"They did not send the order and did not respond to emails."

Purchase made on 09.01.24, to be sent to Switzerland. I paid shipping of €15.18 and still haven't received the products.
They don't answer my emails.
Don't trust this store.

J'ai commandé un produit, j'ai été débité tout de suite!! Et 2 ou 3 semaine après on m'a rembourser !
J'aurais préférer qu'on me dise que le produit n'était pas en stock plutôt que de me faire perdre du temps
