"Dissapointing "

Order took four working days between placing order and dispatch. Order description seemed incorrect, as it stated 'two connectors to cover multiple applications', it only came with one. Customer service contacted but no reply. I received a 'rate us on trust pilot' e-mail before they'd even dispatched the part, a second one today! As a small fleet operator I would not recommend this company. No doubt for the large commercial operators the company proudly displays on its website they are fine, but for the rest of us I would recommend going elsewhere.
