Off late I have been interacting with the folks at ZnetLive. While the queries ranged from buying a domain to iron out any issues in setting it up, to installation, to troubleshooting, so many queries and one person that I bumped into every time. Vikalp Sharma. This guy is a real star in this organization. Any question I had, he had a resolution for that. Never was a time during my interaction with him that he sounded rude, or bored or plain irritated.
