Very happy with the small dresser I bought and customer service was very good with quick answers to my questions via email. Would definitely use again. One thing they need to look into though is they said the delivery driver would take it upstairs for me (bad back) but the Proovia delivery men didn't know about it, saying it would cost more. I'd paid £30 extra for delivery and when I told the driver he laughed. They did eventually agree to do it but communication with couriers could improve.

I bought a writing bureau that I thought would be a characterful way of adding some extra storage to my sitting room.

I'm really pleased with the bureau - the finish is great and it suits my living room perfectly.

The service was excellent- I opted to collect the bureau rather than have it delivered. Jacob was really flexible arranging a time for collection and him and a colleague were really helpful with loading the bureau.
