Oven fan was very noisy and we sought 3 quotes. Had 2 replies - one was a simple email with costs and the other was a phone call from Always Prompt seeking further information so they could provide a more personalised service. Their cost was virtually the same so they got the job.
Shanan checked he could come early. From his experience he said it would be an element problem not a fan problem ... and he was spot on. He even brought in the correct replacement element.
Shanan had very high customer-focussed service, was friendly and efficient.
