"First Cklass Service…"

After serving us well for over 30 yrs our central heating boiler finally died as parts were no longer available and we had to have a new boiler fitted. It had to happen during the coldest spell we have had (29th Nov) so we therefore needed an urgent replacement.
I applied for several quotes including Onflo and Anthony came out the next day to assess the work involved and subsequently gave me a quote which was very reasonable. He also stated he was very busy during December but had a slot on Monday 4th due to a cancellation and could fit the new boiler I wanted (Worcester Bosch) provided he could obtain it in time. He rang me the next day to say the boiler would be delivered to him at the weekend. He said Nathan would arrive about 8.30am on Monday morning to fit it. To his word Nathan rang Monday morning at 8.10am to say he was on his way and would arrive in approx 30 minutes. From arriving in the morning until he left he worked continuously with out stopping. Anthony arrived about 2.30pm in the afternoon to help to commission the boiler and heating system and they both left about 6.30pm.
They were both friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable. The workmanship was very tidy and everything was cleaned before they left. I would have no hesitation in recommending OnFlo to anyone requiring their services.

Unbeatable service from beginning to end. I had obtained quotes from both local companies and online. Then I used an online platform for quotes from 3 local companies. Only 2 responded and Onflow was one of them. I am so pleased they did. I wanted quotes for 3 different boilers which I received within 3 hours of Anthony's visit. They were easily the best quotes and the inclusion of the first year service is a nice little bonus. I accepted the next day (friday) and the replacement boiler was fitted the following tuesday by Nathan. Accomplished difficult work in second floor flat with heavy boilers to take out and put in, up and down 2 flights of narrow stairs and corners. A flue to be cemented from outside in the pouring rain up a long ladder.
Very helpfully kept in contact with phone calls to let me know when they were arriving as delayed by traffic.
Clear explanations about the installation and programming of controllers. Floor coverings put down to minimise mess. Very good.

Anthony was quick to respond to my call with a visit and we discussed suitable boilers. I chose the Worcester after consideration overnight and confirmed the following morning. Installation was booked 3 days following. The job was started at 9am and was finished by 5pm. Nathan was meticulous in his work and ensured everything was done to my satisfaction.
