Don't bother buying a second hand unit (which I did) that may be defective (which it was). Trust MCA, they work fast, excellent communication. I received my NBT back, plugged it and it works as new.
Also use the express delivery, as now a days you cannot trust post offices anymore. I made the mistake of being cheap for sending it, but not to get it back.
I recommend, these guys are pro, these guys are F A N T A S T I C !

I was still a little hesitant to send the unit from Boston to Romania especially with the mura recommended minimal insurance on the parcel, but I was updated every step of the way with prompt replies to all my emails. It was repaired and shipped much faster than I expected and has been working flawlessly for more than 2 months now! Great service and communication !
