I have been using this company for about 10 years for chimney sweeping and they are great. Reliable, friendly and do a good job. Also, years ago when I first got my log burner and was inexperienced using it, I ran into a problem and phoned them about it. They came out to check it, confirmed it was fine and explained what had caused the problem. They didn't even charge me a call out fee for this which was very decent and ensured I was a lifelong customer!
