"XclusiveHost NG Is SCAM!"

No matter how much XclusiveHost wants to pay for positive reviews, I'll speak the truth. Each positive review on this business is by a profile that has never made any comment ever before on Trustpilot. One FAKE positive review per month. Lol. How can you lie that you are satisfied when your website goes down for many days without prior notice or even an apology when it happens? I used them in the past, they are scammers. Infact, it's just one single person - support, billing, etc is run by the owner who is a SCAMMER living in Akwa-Ibom. If you request for a refund, the guy would suspend your account and asks for your ID. What does a legit company need ID for so as to make a refund to the original source? This is just a SCAM format. If you provide a SCAMMER with your ID, just expect Identify Theft issues. So do not trust this business. You won't receive any refund and your account would be deleted once you insist on a refund based on their terms. Use other hosting services. The support was also terrible since it is run by one man. He can take 7 days before responding!

Use at your own risk with lots of downtime.

Xclusivehost has been reliable and swift in their customer relation and also their work effectiveness.
I hosted a website and they also helped in developing my website and it was all done at stipulated time given by them.
When I needed some assistance on my technical know how, I contacted their customer service and they were up to date and supported me on all issues I had.
Till today, they are still my Topnotch; very responsive and accessible.

Scam Exposer

"CONFIRMED SCAM!"

So, I paid for a hosting service on the 2nd of April. 6th of April to 8th of April, their server was down. On the 9th of April, they gave excuses that one of their customers hosted bitcoin whatever on their server and it had spyware or so. Fast forward to 9th of April... I was told to create another account on their website and another cPanel would be created for me but I would have to build my website from scratch (they denied access to files on old cPanel - could login but access to files and folders were blocked). So, I said they should create and activate SSH Access and Nodejs app Manager immediately after creating the cPanel (as they are usually enabled on request). Then, the bombshell was that, on the new server were the new cPanel would be, there would be no SSH Access or Nodejs app manager. So, I requested a refund on the 9th of April.


They promised me a full refund (remember, my website was only live on their server from 2nd of April to 6th of April - 4 full days at best).

After that, I was told that my Billing Support Ticket was being transferred to the agent that would make the refund. Since that time to this very moment, no refund has been made and no response to subsequent messages. They have also decided to ignore my calls for days.


1) I'm sure they NEVER provided SSH Access because it never worked between 2nd of April and 6th of April.
2) I'm almost certain it's only one person running this - Olusola Awodola
3) It's not really about the amount of money, but the fact that they think they can collect money for a service, not provide the service and keep people's money = SCAM


If my money is refunded promptly, I would edit this review.

EDIT AFTER XCLUSIVEHOST'S RESPONSE HERE:

Upon receipt of the requested documents, our team will carefully review the information provided and forward it to the relevant authorities to verify the claims of fraudulent activity."

Isn't that funny? What relevant authorities? You are the only one operating this venture - report urself to the police!

Payment was made. Server went down after 3 to 4 days of hosting. I asked for a refund. You said it would be refunded to the original source. I said, okay. After weeks you went silent and ignored all calls and tickets.

The account is on your system with tickets. So, what do you need my documents for if not IDENTITY THEFT???? You are refunding to the bank account where the money came from so stop trying to get people's documents to use to SCAM other people online!!! Why don't you ask for receipt of payment instead of confidential information???

You need my ID to verify that you collected money or that you are supposed to refund it??? What are you verifying with my ID?

What kind of SCAM business are you trying to set up in the future with people's identities???
