Jeg har aldrig lejet min lejlighed ud før og var bange forat gøre det. Home Connector blev anbefalet af en god ven og efter lidt research følte jeg mig klar til at forsøge. Maiken fra Home Connector gjorde i den grad min frygt til skamme. Matchet var perfekt og lejerne er som jeg kun kunne drømme om! Stor anbefaling!

I have been using Home connector to find good tenants for my flat. As a owner of a lovely flat but is working abroad the most important thing for me is to find a good tenant that takes good care of my flat, Home connector has helped me twice to find the tenants with good match. The 1st was found in a couple of days and rented my flat for 13 months before she bought her own in the same building, she took good care of my place and helped checking posts for me when she moved out but the 2nd tenant has not moved in. The 2nd was found in a month after several viewings by different potential tenants. During the whole process Home connector was very quick to communicate with me with all the updates and they take the clients- home owners’ interests very serious. I will always recommend them to others and no doubt I will ask for their service when I need!

"Very positive experience"

We received a very professional service from start to finish with Maiken from Home Connector ApS. All communication was very clear and timely and the viewing was well organised at short notice and in covid circumstances. They helped us connect properly with the landlord which made things a pleasant experience. They also went beyond what they needed to do in talking us point-by-point through the contract and then in providing us with an extremely thorough and reassuring move-in inventory / condition report. Would definitely recommend.

"Waste of time"

A house was listed on their website in Vestamager. We were told initially that an appointment will be made for showing the apartment if the owner feels that there is a profile match, which is fair. We had shared our profiles as well. A few weeks later we were told to come for the screening .The screening happened on a weekday during working hours and both of us took the day off to visit the place as we had liked the photographs of the house. We confirmed our interest post the viewing. The next day we are told by the agent that the owner does not see a match. mind you, the owner has never seen us and the decision would have been taken entirely on the basis of the profile. If the agent had done her job right and made the owner screen our profile beforehand , we needn't have wasted out time travelling for 2 hours. Quite a bad experience as the agency does not value the time of customers.
