This company cannot be beaten for the service they provide. I have bought two machines from MATT which he has serviced every winter. In the event of a query, he responds immediately. As a disabled 84 year old inadequate I can depend upon Matt’s prompt advice and help. I cannot commend him too highly. If only all suppliers were so good life would be even more wonderful.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Matt has been helpful and supportive over the last 8 or so years since I bought my automower. I recently replaced this and returned to autobotics because i know that they are on the end of the phone to help with any problems.

"No customer service and order cancelled"

I purchased a strimmer on 11th May and received an e-mail confirmation. A couple of weeks later I hadn’t heard anything so I messaged Autobotics via their website to ask for an update. I received no response, so a few days later I sent them a message through their Facebook page. The message was viewed, but no response came. A further message was sent asking for any information they could provide. Again, the message was viewed, but not response was provided. On the 29th May I received an e-mail to say that the order had been cancelled and that I would be refunded. No explanation or any other communication has been received. Cancelling an order is fine, it happens, but there is no excuse for ignoring your customers and making somebody wait. I could have ordered from another company 3 weeks ago and had delivery. Avoid.

So pleased with the results from the Automower supplied and installed by Autobotics last year (see previous review) that we have just had a second additional mower installed for the rest of the garden. Once again, from initial advice through to installation, the company were really excellent. Matts' knowledge, expertise and helpfulness made the whole process simple.
