The quality of leaflets was good, but the leaflets left the warehouse after the delivery date we were told. So long as you order way in advance or collect in person you should be okay

I did not get any notification of when the leaflets would arrive, and had to spend £30 more on next day delivery to make sure they arrived on time to where they were needed! So would recommend if you live locally

Such a shame to be writing this. But the service I have received from BrunelOne (registered as AZIMUTH PRINT) has been poor to say the least. As a long time customer I am highly disappointed. Recently ordered a large batch of A4 & A5 notepads, they came and were fantastic, so good they sold out on my website in hours. I pressed 're-order' for the exact same thing again and this time was greeted with a very late delivery (with no updates to let me know they'd be late) and the new planners were on sub par card stock, rendering them unsaleable. Multiple phone calls have been ignored, until I tried on a different number and they answered immediately. I understand this was a factory error. But in no way was this fault mine, and after such poor customer service and refusal for a partial refund for my lost time and money, I will not be shopping here any more and will encourage others to avoid them!
