"Primo acquisto"

Ho effettuato un primo ordine tramite il vs sito on line e sinceramente l assistenza per e post acquisto è stato perfetto. Consiglio ai nuovi clienti che vorrebbero acquistare tramite il vostro sito.

Malissimo è dir poco. Prodotto acquistato in negozio quasi un mese fa con la promessa di consegna in pochi giorni e non ancora arrivato. Il negozio è bellissimo. Il servizio delle consegne pessimo.

Dopo essermi recato in negozio per chiedere spiegazioni, il Sig. Andrea ha in effetti "messo la faccia" e in modo professionale ha cercato di risolvere lo spiacevole inconveniente, riuscendo comunque a soddisfare le mie richieste.
Sarebbe stato più professionale dire subito quanto accaduto e non attendere che il cliente si recasse fisicamente in negozio, anche perché magari non tutti hanno la possibilità e il tempo per farlo.
Ho davvero apprezzato l'intervento di Andrea e per questo non escludo la possibilità di futuri acquisti.

I tempi di spedizione non sono stati rispettati per un pezzo non in giacenza.
Comunque siamo riusciti a risolvere il problema

"They advertise items they don't have in stock."

They took my money for a freedive weight vest about 6 weeks ago, and then immediately emailed me to say it would be delayed by another week (estimated delivery 3 weeks). After the second delivery deadline had come and gone I emailed to ask what is going on with my order and no one replied. I emailed again a few days later, and they replied saying it would be shipped next week. This was almost 2 weeks ago and today they just emailed me to say they don't even have the item in stock! If you can't send the item don't take payment from people. They clearly knew they were having issues before I ordered as the first email saying it would be delayed arrived right after I placed my order, but they don't tell you that untill they have your money. Very incompetent business, don't waste your time, there is a good chance they don't even possess the items you want to buy from them.
