I want to extend a huge thank you to Nico at GoldTrust for the outstanding service we received on Tuesday. I was truly impressed and felt valued throughout the entire experience. Nico took the time to listen without making us feel rushed, which is so rare these days. We were thrilled with the excellent prices for the pieces we were parting with.
The cold bottled water was a much needed and appreciated thoughtful touch. I also want to acknowledge the young lady (so sorry I was so caught up in the moment I forgot to ask her name) who assisted my mom in finding the perfect wedding ring to replace the one she lost a few years back. She truly understood what Mom was looking for and helped her find the ideal piece. All the staff were fantastic and we were made to feel at home!
