Chris came to my house and was really friendly, I love driving but have no idea what's going on under the bonnet. Chris spent time explaining what the process involved and how it would clear the fault and improve how my van performs. I've taken it for a short drive since and already noticed how more responsive it is. Chris also mentioned that unlikely, but there may be a few tweaks required which is great reassurance for me. Definitely recommend and I will use again.
