I spoke to a lovely young lady called Yasmin who sorted my queries straight away, i would say i was a bit embarrassed about calling as i have missed a fair few payments due to financial struggles. However, Yasmin immediately solved my problem and offered me a payment plan, which has now put my mind at ease :)

I’ve joined GB BJJ club.
I’ve bought gi for £160 and set up direct debit with SimplyCollect, payed for first month. After 4 or five trainings I’ve injured my spine. When I wanted to resign SimplyCollect wants me to pay for thee more months (£150) even I am not able to attend training.
I will not join another business that uses this company. Avoid if possible.
