"Spend your money elsewhere... this store is crooked and the owner rude. You are a target rather than a customer."

I purchased a pair of jeans from this store. Nothing appeared in my account's order history although confirmation emails were received. Nothing further, no reply to my emails and am now waiting for PayPal to issue a refund via a dispute.

I have had written communication with the business owner who is insisting this gets settled via a voice call. He has said it was hard to contact me without a telephone number irrespective of the email address provided during checkout or the other email address used to contact them after failing with the order email and the PayPal dispute.

Jason you had an email address. You did not email me. You did not respond to any of my attempts to contact you. You ignored Facebook. You eventually responded upon getting a negative review.

Two rounds of emails of you wanting me to call you or vice versa despite my asking you to write the resolution... that is insisting!

Your opinion doesn’t matter here Jason just the experience of your customers. You have a reputation for arrogance and removing authentication slips etc and I have relayed my negative experience accurately.

At the time of the edit no refund has been issued despite Jason saying it has.

further confirmation comes when Jason advises they will refund tomorrow via the PayPal dispute. This is despite writing below that the refund has been issued. At a minimum you are incorrect Jason.

Jason still hasn’t issued a refund the following day. He is now saying he is unable to refund because of there is an open dispute. He says I must close the dispute.

Jason thinks his targets are naive.

"Fake stone island!"

After coming across the site I found a stone island sweatshirt for my son, I saw on trust pilot that there were reviews stating that the authenticity labels have been cut out, I decided to still purchase the item just incase that review was a one off. On arrival you could see straight away that the jumper was FAKE! it was not in the original stone island packaging on comparing it with my sons original stone island you could see the logos differ and that the tags inside were cut out, I’m sorry but paying £70 for a fake item when the claim is that it is real isn’t the best service from this store, I contacted the store and found the manager to be very rude making claims that they are not official stone island stock lists so they cut the labels out, he also mentioned that trading standards can’t do anything to his shop which I didn’t even mention, On top of that I had to pay the return postage when it was his shop claiming that there items were real, I would 100% recommend not buying from here unless your willing to pay for a fake item.
