I recently had someone damage my car one evening when it was parked. I reported the damage to Abbeygate the next day and they put me through to the claims team where I spoke to a a lady called Fulvia, who I have to say was extremely helpful and efficient. Luckily the third party admitted liability for the damage so the whole claim and repair was dealt with very quickly and I had my car repaired and returned in just three weeks. In a country not always known for speedy results, Abbeygate did a great job mostly due to the efficiency of Fulvia in their claims team, for which many thanks!

Recently, I had an car accident. It was not such an easy situation administratively. It was a stressful period but thanks to Elena's super follow-up, I was kept up to date with the situation pretty much on a daily basis.
