I am a repeat customer(2nd) I have no issues the last time. When I applied this time they only allowed 800, & I was approved but I choice monthly payment, during the time I was approved They were having technical issue some type of website repair, Then later own I check the website to keep up with my loan and noticed that they charged me to pay the loan every 2 weeks. for 21 payments. I said hell no. Then I after paying for 5 times I had talked to one of the rep. telling me my balance is more than I had started paying caused she said that the interest runs everyday unless I pay the whole amount!! Then I had noticed in there website it still saying I owed more than 1000 after I paid them 5 times already. Then I couldn't view my loan history or whatsoever!! This company is a rip-off When u provide a good service customers should allowed to view loan history and how much more of the remaining balance and how many more payments leaf!! This company is up to no good!! !!Never again . I can't recommend this company to others instead I will tell them that spotloan is a big rip-off

Blue chip Financial DBA (Doing Business as “SPOTLOAN”

I applied never received my loan, waited for 2 business day. The person on the line named Jay, says that “I was supposed to get my money yesterday”
But not to worry, to give him my bank information, then this agent claims that the information is wrong” News to Spotloan I re-read the screenshot of the application so I read the same information they actually got in my application.

I told the agent this, he proceeded to tell me that not to worry because since the bank information is incorrect, the money will return to them in 7 business days and the loan will automatically cancel.

Yet their contract says you have 3 days to cancel and return the money. So basically I don’t get the money, then in the hook for the loan I never received.

It seems after reading a better business bureau review, this is a common practice that this company does.

** THE FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICE **
- You sign for a loan agreement that you never receive, that you have 3 days to cancel.
- they claim you placed the wrong information.
**READ BBB REVIEW** (Common practice of theirs)
- they say the loan will cancel once they receive the money back in 7 business days. But the agreement you sign gives you 3 days to cancel. Also the agent seemed to be very confident and well versed in the way he was trying to sound convincing (signs of common practice)
- they responded to negative reviews with “Thank you for your review, but clearly you placed the wrong information” or with “Thank you for your review, we are glad to have assisted you with your issue”.

NOTE: there is no assisting this issue other than issuing a termination of the binding agreement of the loan contract. Which by the way was not offered.

I recorded the audio of my conversation with the agent so I can hear word for word what he was saying, his name was Jay. I asked him to confirm that the loan was cancelled and that it was no longer binding, he response was once they get the money back in “ 7 “ days. And not to worry that my account will not be debited. - was worried more about the liability of the agreement cause I can always cancel bank accounts.
