Keep getting calls saying they are from 118 (118 say it's not them) rings my company several times a month, every time they "remove me" from their list. 118 - you should warn public if you really 'never contact them'.

Got this to use abroad as they marketed themselves as fee free on international use. Constantly declining transactions when there’s more than enough available, impossible to contact and constantly reject when I try to pay it off, will only let me pay partial payments?? Left me stranded a few times when the app was “down” and no one to contact because of the time difference. Literally can’t wait to get all the lovely compensation when the FSA investigate them and force then to pay compensation to the poor people who were unfortunate enough to have to use this card.

These have the worst customer services I have EVER had the misfortune of dealing with! Send texts at 7pm on a Friday to tell you that they've made a mistake and requested more money that the direct debit you set up with them, I sit in the chat for 3 hours and then disconnect you! Meanwhile they don't tell you how much they're going to take leaving you to stress about it over the weekend and say they'll refund the difference the next day and that's all fair and well but when you have other direct debits for rent and other bills coming out and you're now worrying they'll bounce because you don't have enough money to cover their mistakes!! And nice of you to let your customers know before your phone lines close! Never using this ridiculous company again.

Shame there aren't minus stars. This dreadful company are endlessly calling me. Every time ask to be removed from their database but it seems to make no difference.

We are continually getting sales calls to both our business line and a personal mobile number. The personal mobile number is listed on the UK Telephone Preference Service so we should not be receiving any sales or marketing calls to that number.
Despite many verbal requests to remove our details from their sales lists, the calls keep coming and are both intrusive and unwanted.
Based on our experience of their sales tactics, we will NEVER advertise with 118 Online and will NEVER use any services from the 118 group.

Do not use this company I have been trying to get a settlement figure for a loan since June and agree repayment. Difficult to contact don't provide requested information and keep on changing repayment amount saying another month of interest must be added when delays are all due to their inadequacy. Stay away from them if you can!
