The trainer, Norm, was excellent during the whole course, he answered questions with a good level of knowledge and explained in detail the reasoning of his answer. I would recommend This course with Norm as the trainer.

Test & Tag Training was very helpful in getting concise information, making sure the right tests are conducted correctly. Although, I would have preferred more time hands on and practical, just not enough time to do more tests especially Leakage tests and it would have been nice to print out labels as well.
