Lovely website - attractively laid out & easy to navigate with masses of interesting properties. Our super responsive agent (Chiara) was a great help, liaising almost instantly with the property owner to answer a couple of questions. I've not used OT before but will be first point of call for our next holiday.

"First holiday with our recently expanded family"

We were looking for a villa in France for a family holiday in early summer, where we could drive to from Scotland. We would be taking both daughters, their husbands and new grandson Nolan and new puppy Sylvie. Chiara couldn't have been more helpful, and it was great being able to do this through a single human agent by email, even during the New Year holiday. She made Olivers Travels stand out to us for service and we are all now super excited about our holiday.

Chiara was such a great help getting me booked in two vacation rentals back to back in Scotland for this summer. She was responsive, put the places on hold for me, and made sure my confirmation and booking process was seamless. I had just been browsing Oliver’s Travels for a few weeks on and off and when I did an inquiry, she reached out and made the whole process more personal! I had a number of different questions which were all answered promptly & with the utmost courtesy. Daryl took the trouble to phone me at a pre agreed time, and called exactly on time. Booking direct gave me the best deal and on top of that there were some early bird offers which I was advised I would also benefit from which was a welcome surprise. I also had some communication with Sofi from Oliver’s travels via the Vrbo site and she was equally helpful. The option to reserve the villa for 48hrs at no cost gave me the breathing space needed to ensure I made the best decision for the family’s
