"Unprofessional technician, damage done to car- do not recommend"

The technician was super unprofessional, first by showing up almost an hour late after calling and saying they were almost there and then, upon trying to unlock my car, they broke part of the car door in the process. I was assured that Platinum Shield Services had insurance for such things and would fix the damage. After months of being in contact with the owner, Matt, who assured me he would take care of it, the damage still hasn't been fixed and the owner stopped replying to my inquiries about fixing the damage or a possible refund. I found this very dismaying as I let him know that I'm a single mom who can't afford to fix it myself.
