I needed a provider to host a few Drupal domains hosted at a few other providers. GoDaddy and 1&1 provided little or no response when things went wrong with PHP configuration. Netfirms had MySQL problems too often. These guys have resolved every problem quickly and expertly. They definitely know how to host Drupal sites.

I should say that I haven't been able to reach them on the phone either of the 2 times I called, but to be fair, they've answered every email within 10 minutes of receiving it.

And it's cheap after the first couple of domains, since they offer "reseller" and "web developer" packages that don't charge me extra for additional domains.

I'll definitely be using them for future web hosting.
