I paid up front for an agreed number of leads but only received a few and the information was incorrect on a couple of these. I would recommend against working with this company. I called in several times and they said lead generation in my area has been slow but they would be sending me more which never happened. The plan that I signed up cost $599 (plus 20% referral fees after closing) and their website indicated that I would receive 40-44 leads annually. I went back and checked to see how many leads I have received and it looks like I only received 4-5 leads total after more than 9 months. Out of those leads, one of those was not in my area and one of those had a bad phone number. So I really only received 2-3 leads.

I have received 9 leads. 1 has responded to my calls and emails. We will see if it turns into something. I started with growin estate last September and they do check in with me.

They did not deliver as promised. When I asked for my refund they kept giving me the run around. I was told I would get up to 4 qualified leads a month. I received 1 lead only looking for a house under 100K and he did not know what state I was in. I am still working on getting my refund. I would think some of these raving reviews are made up! 3/14/24. They did give me a refund of my money.

Do not TRUST this Company- They will Get Your Money Up-Front and then Feed you a Line of BULL and even after In Writing Promise to Try in 60 Days and if not Happy they Will Fight you to get your Money Back. He took Threats, Lawsuits, Negative Reviews and BBB filings before they finally Agreed and Paid the $349 back. Horrible NO GOOD Leads and they are not honest.

Been doing deals with these guys for 3 years now. I don't know how many dozens of deals we've done together but working with these guys has been a pleasure. They're super savvy, professional, courteous, and they're just genuinely good guys.

The team over at Growin Estate does a great job of communicating and keeping updated on the status of the leads they provide. All the leads they have connected us with are qualified and legitimate. The amount of nurture time varies between lead, but that’s the nature of Real Estate!

Spent 30 minutes on the phone with a senior manager within the Company. Ultimately, we were not able to agree on a partnership based on the way I structure my business; however, he was understanding and very informative and explanative. I appreciate the time he spent with me and I wish the company well. Even though we couldn't come on an agreement at this time.
