Ordering was easy. Louise was in touch very quickly and provided a proof for me to review, which was all fine and as specified.

The item was sent using Royal Mail, which took ages to deliver, but it turns out they had all but destroyed the item and delivered the corner of the envelope with my address on it!

I got in touch with Louise who immediately sent another one, which arrived quickly. The item was spot on, exactly what I was after and the service Louise provided was great. I would use this company again.
