This company is awful they provide incorrect information which could have huge knock on implications cost wise post completion. Their customer service is abysmal. Check out google reviews if in doubt. PLEASE PAUSE before you instruct this firm

I have experienced the worst non-professional work ethics from this firm, being a first time buyer I am 2 months into my case and have never been able to get hold of my case manager Amanda Afrieye, dropped emails, left messages on the app, spoke to their main office who every time promised that some one will get back ,even logged a complaint but no reply. I sent a message on the app on 3rd August and numerous calls after that but all in vain. I don't know what stage my case is and have no idea what is happening? I am getting really anxious of how my case will be dealt!

"Worst Experience from a first time buyer.."

I'm a first time buyer and this has been the worst experience of property buying I've ever had all because of this solicitor. My case has been passed from one case manager to another (at least 3 times!). There were enquiries which were raised in January which still haven't been marked as satisfied and now I'm in a position where everyone in the property chain is ready to exchange and there are still things outstanding on my case! I've had trouble contacting Cavendish Legal to get this resolved and I'm now in contact with a case manager from O'Neill Patient which hasn't offered much assurance so far. I feel let down by these solicitors..
