I was satisfied but my client was a little pissed because he didn't get data for businesses in all the counties he wanted. Apparently there was no data for the SIC in those counties but it took me a minute to make him understand that. Very quick service! One phone call and the data was in my email.

I initiated a purchase on 11/12 and didn't receive the file until 11/15. This was only after I took the initiative to contact the email listed by Data-Axle, and that contact didn't know anything about my purchase. He works in a different division and had to forward our purchase info to another team. Once the rep did that, we received what looked like an automated confirmation email from Data-Axle.

I didn't heard from another rep from either division.

I am pleased with the program but they do not provide notification of price increases. Then when a reduction is requested as a long term user they are slow to act.
