"Excessive Dormancy Fees"
My husband and I were given multiple Visa gift cards as gifts from his brother purchased at GiftCards.com. We had no idea that although the exp. date on the giftcard was 2028, after 12 months of no activity on the card the company charges a fee of $4.95 per month until the balance is 0. One card purchased for $200 was only valued at $130.69. I was told $69.30 was deducted for dormancy fees. The second card was purchased for $100.00 after dormancy fees the value of the card was $59.40. I had 2 others with similar issues. Tried calling and emailing customer service with no satisfaction. My advice is to avoid using this company.

I recently purchased a 60$ ecard Netflix and supposed to instantly get it sent to my email and still haven’t received I put my order number in and says it doesn’t exist so what you’re saying you guys scam me

Was unable to access a website to order a card. Tried several times on different devices and did not go through. Reported to them and they sent me an email with a link that took me right back to the problem area and not able to access my account. I'm questioning now wether this is a good choice or not. 2/14/2024

"Gift card drained, no customer service."
The $100 gift card I received was damaged with numbers missing so I was never able to use it. I sent the receipt to customer service to get help/the card number and they sent me a list of charges on the card - the card was used while I was waiting to get help from them. They said they would initiate a dispute but instead they just quit responding and refuse to help.
Update: Company pretended to reach out to get more information and resolve, but didn’t actually respond to the information provided. Surprise surprise. Total scammers.

Ustedes son un fraude, tal y como lo mencionan líneas atrás hice recarga a mi celular y me descontaron 3 días después 49 euros disque con el cuento de su tarjeta de porquería, llevo 3 mails diciéndoles que me regresen el dinero y lo pasan por todos los departamentos diciendo que es imposible para ellos que solo regresan el 20%
No crean que van a seguir robando a la gente me regresan todo ladrones, estafadores
ALERTA ........ para todos pasen mi reclamo si quieren hasta con su gerente que ha de ser igual que ustedes pero me regresan mi dinero.
Ahora no digan que esta en sus políticas porque una recarga de celular se convierte en una compa oculta descarados abusivos LADRONESSSS EN INTENERT

"REFUSES to let an order go through"
Edit: Apparently, the security screening forces the name of the credit card to match the name of the account holder. It's really annoying; if a family member wants to buy you or someone else a gift card and wants to use your account so you earn Giftcards.com points, they can't. I guess I can understand the reasoning (though the last name matching probably should have let it go through), but I wish they just told me that rather than leaving me to call them for support.
I've tried about 5 times to purchase an eBay gift card from the website, but no matter what payment method I use, the order always gets cancelled from not passing their "screening process." I've been given NO instructions on what changes to make, and I've confirmed from my bank's end that it's not them flagging the transactions. This is crazy, why won't the company just take my money?

My recent attempt to purchase a digital gift card from eGiftcards.com was disappointing. After placing the order, it was unexpectedly canceled without any explanation. This left me scrambling to find an alternative at the last minute.
I decided to try another company, Vanilla, and the experience was flawless. Not only was the purchase process smooth, but the gift card was also $5 cheaper. On top of that, they offered a promo code that gave me an additional $3 off!
In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend doing business with eGiftcards.com. Vanilla provided a much better solution and saved me money

"Am still waiting for e-delivery of a…"
Am still waiting for e-delivery of a giftcard I bought almost 24 hours ago. “Instant delivery” they said….t will be fun they said….also when I entered my order number and email into the “track order” prompt, “no order with that information can be found”, yet my card has been charged. I’d like to have the giftcard delivered, so get your S-H-I-TUT together Blackhawk!

"Terrible service"
Terrible service when I tried to order I got the gift cards however lost the link to one of them. I tried to get in touch but haven’t gotten any service back from their customer support. I am very disappointed by their services and am never using it again.

I am trying to delete my account info from giftcards.com. The site will not let me do it. It must be a scam site. When you call customer service, you cannot talk to a person or get the answers you need.
