"Not great Bob"

I had this a few times in the past and it was good - lots of sauce and different types of pasta. Then it vanished but returned , so I ordered my usual and was disappointed that the amount of sauce had been wildly cut back and the pasta was a touch overdone. Also arrived v quickly and I suspect had come from somewhere like the local Zizi’s. I normally make my own sauces but was too lazy.

Very expensive given the carbonara was straight out of a packet! The waitress said the sauce came in fresh from the central kitchen …but she + the sauce totally lacked any passion or Italian flair!
In fact the whole eating experience owes more to MacDonalds than the joys of an Italian restaurant. You order / pay via the AP … have to get extra drinks by the AP .. have to get your own cutlery / pepper / napkins! Might appeal to those who spend their time on social media… and care more about speed …rather than quality of food + experience!

I order the recipe kits about once a month and they're always fabulous. The pasta, sides and desserts are delicious and super quick to cook, so great for a midweek dinner. Customer service have also been really helpful and responsive when I've needed to speak to them, most recently I was credited the value of an entire order after it was delivered a day late and therefore unsafe to eat. This was actioned really quickly 😊

"New Chiswick branch was a hit."

Having recently enjoyed our visit to the Richmond branch, we couldn't pass up the opportunity to try the new one in Chiswick and it felt just as welcoming. I had the focaccia with garlic and a burrata to start which was creamy. My wife had the Angry Vodka, which packed a kick and I went for the Carbonara - a hearty and tasty choice! The complimentary glass of wine went down a treat too. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

how can you franchise your brand out to a ghost kitchen of an awful mexican restaurant in hove/brighton. who use amazing stock photos on deliveroo and deliver food that does not resemble the pics at all. where is my ragu? lol what a joke. bet you dont serve food like that in harrods, just out for a quick buck. thank god deliveroo refunded me. what a joke

"Food arrives too cold"

Lovely food and always want to support you guys, but you really need to sort out your delivery. Used to use you a lot (as the food is so good), but gave up because of the delivery issues - tried it again tonight and nothing has changed. Delivery time was extended and the food arrived cool. Other restaurants seem to manage ok - why can't you?
