Venlig og hjælpsom. Gav sig tid til at forklare om de ændrede pakkeregler og sendte min pakke igen, til fair pris .

Varen jeg bestilte var udsolgt, fik dog efterfølgende, med 5 dages forsinkelse anden lignende vare. Forsendelse blev efterfølgende effektueret som aftalt.

"Very poor customer service"

I bought two items and they sent me two wrong items. I simply wanted to return the items to the seller and have them send me what I ordered. I couldn’t reach the seller directly through eBay (no contact info provided). So I had no option, other than to start the return process through eBay. In the meantime, I found seller’s website and contacted them. They said I could only talk to them through eBay but I still didn’t have any way to reach them through eBay. He sent an email through eBay that I could respond to. I canceled return as he said I would only be able to get money back that way. Finally, after weeks of irritation, they sent me an address to return wrong items. I sent back the items and waited for them to send the right items. Nothing. I again reached out as I could see my return had arrived many days earlier. He casually said that my return had arrived and he would send the correct ones.

I ordered the two items on December 11 and I got the correct items in mid-February. They were Christmas ornaments… Really terrible customer service.

Very challenging and rude seller. No apology for sending wrong items and very insistent that I return wrong items first to get what I originally ordered. No respect for buyers at all.

To add insult to injury, because I had started the return process there was no way I could leave feedback on eBay. Very frustrating interaction all the way around.

The ornament was exactly as described. I would happily order from this establishment again and advise others to do the same.

Det er dejligt at man kan bestille en vare som ikke er på lager. Og at man når den ønskede er kommet på laget får besked om, at den nu kan købes. Endda en vare som man har efterlyst i ca. 10 år.
