"Very misleading"

Really disappointed as I thought I would be able to gain a qualification. I am not happy to watch a bunch of YouTube videos and pay £200 for it when I can do it myself at home. Very poor customer service and Kelly is not very helpful either. She emailed me back like I was stupid.

I have completed an OfQual regulated internationally recognised level 3 qualification in computer literacy. It was my first A-Level that I have ever done in my life and I'm pleased to say that I was successful. Everyone at e-courses 4 you was supportive and I have recieved my certificate of completion in a very short amount of time. I am extremely happy that I have completed this course & I'm extremely happy that I have achieved my first ever A-Level equivalent college certificate. The team was very friendly and very helpful in my experience and understood my needs well and understood that I was also working at the same time. The team was very supportive & very friendly. I've dealt with 'e-courses 4 u' on two occasions, and both times, the staff have been extremely helpful, particularly Luke..... They've found the right course at the right price, they took into consideration my son's age, abilities, his interests and what he needed. Would definitely recommend.
