Their response? Silence for five days. Then a very unhelpful email saying my item was already on its way to the wrong location.

“Nothing we can do,” they said. No compensation, no discount, no effort to make things right.

Having paid hard-earned money and received nothing but frustration, I definitely won’t be ordering with them again.
