Delivery 🚚 super quick, my own moan is the delivery 📦 the box was a used Peaty’s bog brush box that had zero strength so by the time I got the box (with £650 worth of great including new brakes) the box 📦 had holes and it was battered. I’m surprised nothing fell out and got lost in process.

"Order missing parts in box"

I ordered an exposure Diablo sync light pack. The pack was delivered quite quickly. However, there was no charger or fittings for the light in the box. After a cock and bull story of how that’s how it must of arrived to them from exposure, and me having to describe what was missing several times and waiting for people to get back to me. They sent out the missing parts. Except it was still missing the usb charger. I had to contact them again and was told they didn’t have one to send me and are waiting on it from exposure. A week passed and I hear nothing. I contact them again. Apparently the usb charger arrived the evening before and will be sent out straight away. It’s been a few days and still nothing. Absolute joke!
