I have taken out to payday loans with Cash America and each and every time the staff was very professional very thorough and explaining the terms of each loan. But when the coronavirus started to escalate I was unable to make one of my monthly payments. I wasn't ridiculed but I was helped. They deferred my payment for 30 days! Praise God I got my stimulus check and was able to pay the entire loan off!
