"Customer service good, online app not so good!"

The Customer service once you are able to reach an agent is very good. Although as a new customer, I was only able to speak to a live agent in Spanish, never in English. Thankfully, I am bilingual.

Also, the online app I find very unsatisfactory. It always seems to be down, have trouble uploading my documents and other glitches. The online app really has to be revamped and updated.
