Not being able to download and edit the resume in a Word Document is extremely unhelpful. It's not the easiest platform to make all the small edits as it's a template online. Having the capability to download and it would've been worth the money.

Great templates, but I wish I knew that a cover letter was suppose to be included! More customization with font and font sizing needed for only specific things like headings. Address in the side bar was split and could only fix by making the whole page font bigger.
