I loved your templates! I really appreciated all of the resume style options and ways to make it feel like your personality can come out with the touch of color. Also, being able to match the cover letter and having examples was exceptionally helpful.

Not that great... I paid and cannot get a Word version of my resume or cover letter. I had to choose a Word template and retype my entire resume. The resume building process is helpful, but ends up making your resume sound scripted. Also, there are fields that you can't delete if they aren't applicable.  For example, if you leave the email and phone number fields blank for the recipient of the cover letter, you have "[phone]" and "[e-mail]" in your document. You can't delete them. This service isn't worth a long-term subscription, just enough to get some of your wording together.
