I’ve just purchased some strings for the first time ever! It’s for my sons guitar who again has never bought any strings! His guitars over a year old and well overdue some new strings so we decided to buy from Guitarooz.
The service was fantastic and very personalised, I explained our lack of knowledge and that I had no idea what strings to buy. Andy asked Wills skill level and all I could do was send him a link of Will playing on YouTube 😂 Andy took the time out to watch the video and advised Will appropriately, that’s some service! Wills really pleased with the new strings and I can’t thank you enough for making a duck out water scenario pain free 😊
