"Worth every penny"

I thought, initially that the nappies were expensive but having compared them to known brands in supermarkets there isn't much price difference and in some cases Beaming Babys are cheaper. The environmental impact was what swayed me to make my first purchase. I had gotten free nappies when my baby was born from other companies and my little one got nappy rash in her first month. She's now exclusively wearing beaming baby and the rash has never come back. On the rare occasion she sleeps most of the night the nappy doesn't leak. I've now purchased a second bulk buy box.

"Good products, super irritating to purchase"

We like the products but can’t stand the purchasing experience. Way over complicated - prices are high to begin with different discount codes and deal packs dangled and an angels scheme that usually doesn’t seem to get you any actual discounts. This all makes it really hard to know if you’re buying the right thing for your money and makes the website and purchasing experience super confusing and annoying.

Whoever is putting in all this complexity needs to be reigned in. Focus on customer experience, stop spamming people with propaganda and endless ads.

Great nappies for fit & comfort. They definitely fit better than other brands we tried and are kind to skin. We will be continuing to use beaming baby!

Excellent service. I mistakenly bought two of the same product, phone answered instantly by a person, not a machine, who refunded my mistake instantly. When it appeared there might be a delivery problem (there wasn't) I received an immediate email from staff to sort it out. Brilliant to deal with (very helpful human beings) instead of algorithms and mechanically generated chat responses.

"Thoroughly recommend"

I would use these nappies even if they weren't eco friendly - they fit my son perfectly and the absorbency is great. They easily cope with 12 hours of wear without leaking (poo permitting of course), which the other leading nappy brands do not in my experience. And he is still happy and dry at the end of the day with no nappy rash. So even though they are more expensive, I use far fewer of them. The fact that they are largely biodegradable - which is the reason I tried them in the first place - is easy to overlook as they perform so well. The customer service is fantastic, delivery really quick. I only have good things to write about these nappies, I thoroughly recommend them.

"Leaking urine"

Leaking urine, pricey as well for the poor quality provided, even if you get vouchers £20 is that you pay delivery instead as is not even mentioned.

My baby was in distress as all urine was soaking his back, had to change twice to realise these nappies can’t hold any urine at all. Do a favour to you and your babies and don’t buy.
