The Admiral representative, Kieran Diaz, went far above and beyond to resolve the problem I was experiencing with AdBlockers. Not only did he engage with me during two ZOOM meetings which he set up, but he also had multiple discussions with colleagues to find a resolution. The problem was completely sorted out, thanks to Kieran's professionalism and high standards of customer care.

As soon as I visit a website that uses Admiral I just leave right away. Their consent management is awful, it is borderline blackhat. I take it as they put a lot of effort into making it as difficult, annoying and time consuming to opt-out for visitors. The lists of partners can be in the thousands, and there is often no "withdrawal consent / decline all" button.
Admiral is by far the worst consent management tool out there, and any content providers who uses them should really look at finding a better option.

Both were very helpful, patient, and courteous and were a pleasure to work with. Both are real assets to Admiral.
