we had a great experience, as our house setup was not very straightforward. We needed more guidance as to what was the best product how would we go about getting it it installed and if it was possible for us to have fast charging. They came out to look at our property and gave us all the information that we needed and we paid a deposit and the work was done completed within a couple of weeks. Andrew came out and showed us how it all worked and helped us with the app on my phone. we did have an issue with a broken bracket, but Andrew sorted this all out and got a new one one put on within a couple of days. I am very glad that I chose a 3A energy to do the work. Once we had paid the full amount after the work was completed, they sent us our electrical certificate documentation.
