Very friendly and amazing service from everyone I have talked to. When they have questions or concerns they always reach out to me. Even if the alert goes off by accident I get a call to let me know that my dad's alert went off. I have a greater peace of mind knowing that there are multiple people looking out for my dad and if something happens the GPS tracker in the button can help us find him

"Impressive Device"

It was a product that was easy to use by my father. It did not require a landline or cell phone to operate. It worked the way it was presented. The fall detention was accurate. We had confidence in the product. I discontinued the service when my father was admitted to an assistant living facility after surgery. He has gone home now but with VA benefits he does receive a call device for free. The VA product is dependent on a phone line. There have been two times in a month and a half where my dad did not have service. I am reconsidering going back to the RescueTouch product.

"Living alone"

Living alone, having Rescue Touch as my home helper in case of an emergency, puts my family at ease. My three contacts have already called because a button which was pushed by mistake. I do feel secure knowing help will be on the way if I should fall.
