Original Review: Great experience while I was there (polite/knowledgeable staff). However, the shirts were fairly expensive and the fit was average. I can find off-the-rack clothes that cost significantly less and fit the same so I do not believe the price/effort is worth it.

Revision: After placing a 3/5 review here, the CEO personally contacted me and ensured my experience would be made right. I have never had a customer service experience like this. I am waiting to receive the revised shirts, but I have no reservations recommending Balani. Sure, the clothes are expensive, but the service you receive is unbelievable. I highly recommend!
