The Kormac group attacked my problem/project pragmatically and with a results-focused plan. Executed and communicated well vertically and horizontally in the organization. Stan brought in experienced and credible experts to lead our team through the process. Important change management is well-planned and executed. The emphasis on "process" enabled projects to become foundational elements for the organizations. Strong drive to get sustainable results. My Projects included mfg OEE improvements and resetting costing models for existing products.
