Agreed a delivery date and four days later the sofa still wasn’t here. I had to constantly ring and what’s app them (no reply). They eventually sent two men at 8pm at night to deliver the sofas (both men didn’t know how to assemble this) we put the sofas together to discover that one sofa was the wrong size, didn’t have the correct cushions and had no clips to hold the sofa together.
Therefore we have a sofa that is falling apart and looks awful. Plus whatever they have used to fill the cushions is different for each cushion. So we have lumpy seats and don’t sit neatly together.
When the delivery driver called the office the contact told us to ‘send the middle piece back’ which would leave us with one large middle centre and two small cushions either side for our sofa? Bizarre suggestion that would make the sofa look even worse than it already does.
No reply to my messages. Awful service, terrible products. Rogue company. DO NOT BUY!

Lovely sofa and a very good price. Slight problem with delivery time but that was down to the driver and not sofasway themselves. They even sent a matching footstool as compensation

Update: increased from 1 star to 2 star as company has sent me a WhatsApp message to apologise and furniture is nice.
This was my experience though....
1. it states contact for delivery within 24 hours of purchase - this didn't happen for us. Purchased 14 Dec, called 20 Dec.
2.no email confirmation, it's all done over text and WhatsApp - and no delivery updates. The lack of contact or traceable information leaves you wondering if it's a scam.
3. Called 20 Dec and told delivery would be on Xmas eve.
At the time of writing the original review it was midnight - going in to Xmas day and we'd had a call to say they'll be a delivery at 12.30am. And then a further call came saying nope, it won't be until 1.30am.
The people calling spoke limited English, which added to the communication problems. We did try and cancel the delivery but they said they couldn't.
It meant we were in no man's land whilst we should have been celebrating Xmas eve. I couldn't go to Mass as I had to wait in.
Earlier in the day I'd messaged to get a delivery time and had been told the delivery was running late due to the other deliveries on route, but the people driving the van told us we are their only delivery.
I would also question the delivery company's status as I just can't imagine any genuine delivery company would do a delivery at 1.30am, without verifying with the customer first.
IT FELT LIKE ONE LIE AFTER ANOTHER.
OUR NIEGHBOURS WERE ALSO VERY ANGRY! they told us they'd be logging a complaint with trading standards about the illegal delivery times and how this has affected their Xmas eve. They have little kids and could do without them waking up in the middle of the night in Xmas eve, so I can't blame them.
This is possibly the worse service I've ever come across, and that's with 25 years working in service complaints.
The low points were failing to meet communication service promises. Failing to deliver in a reasonable time frame and lack of professional communication around what was a serious delivery issue.
The upside is it's a nice suite and despite the time, the delivery people brought the suite right in to the room.
However, they didn't assemble the suite as promised in the service statement.

Albeit a few issues regarding delivery date, it arrived a week later than expected and at 9.45pm.
Delivery guys very pleasant and helpful.
