I can't buy anything from Greatlife.eu for almost 4 months already (since May 24th 2024 (24.05.2024)). cause they still didn't fix their errors at Checkout (I can't enter my ZIP code and credit card number also shows error because of some issue with Klarna and their site.)
I obviously tried to go on Checkout on multiple internet browsers (both on desktop PC and mobile phone)
I told them about all this 4 months ago already and sent screenshots and even a video of all the errors and they still didn't fix it so I had to write them on e-mail everything I wanna buy and wait for their slow customer service to send me a link for Stripe payment (which is all very annoying to me...).
1st time they sent me a Stripe payment link, the amount was wrong (they didn't calculate all the discounts properly so I had to correct them and wait again for them to respond and send a Stripe link with correct amount I need to pay...
Their customer service is also pretty bad, they pretended like they didn't know about all these errors and made me look like an idiot (until I told them to connect me with someone who'll admit to those issues (which they finally did, though that e-mail was written like a 3 year old wrote it (their previous were a bit better but still pretty non-professionally written... they need higher quality customer service writers...).
So they offer only one way of payment (Klarna) which currently doesn't work (at least not for my country) instead of offering at least Paypal as well (I mean who doesn't offer Paypal in today's world, come on, seriously...?)
I also tried multiple products from them and I didn't feel any of them working for me (and as you can see they don't post any 1,2 or 3 star reviews on their site (I wrote one such review (btw they need to approve a review, they don't let anyone post it without reading it first) and they deleted my review (after they refunded me)...
They also didn't send me what I ordered once so I had to wait for more then a week until they finally send me what I actually ordered and they didn't send me any gift or a discount code as an apology for all of that...
So all in all, I'm very dissatisfied with this company...
Hopefully they'll become better in the future but for now they don't deserve more then 1 star review from me...

Det var lite strul med leveransen p.g.a flytt av lagret, och sådant kan ju hända. Men dom svarade direkt på mina mail, och var så tillmötesgående. Problem kan alla få, men det är hur man hanterar dom som är viktigt. Och det skötte dom bra. Annars snabba med sina leveranser.
